Over the last three days, massive reformation bills and overhauls have taken place within the government of The Oligarchy of Nirigore. We shall go one by one:
The Abolition of the High Council
Over the past few months, the High Council has become very inefficient and practically useless. Past legislation has tried to fix this but to no success. This bill passed quickly with support from all parts of the government. The High Council seats were destroyed and those serving returned to the pool of regular citizens. As always, their opinions would always be welcome as they all still strive to help the nation.
Change of the Senate to the National Assembly
The bi-monthly elected Senate has been replaced with a more permanent system known as the National Assembly. When a family (families explained later) is formed, they are granted one seat in the National Assembly. Each family gets one seat, but expansion on that rule is open. The National Assembly will not have the power to affect votes, but rather voice their family's opinion on votes that pass through the National Assembly.
Overhaul of the Supreme Council
With the Supreme Council now sitting as the entire law of the land, jobs and roles were divided among the Councillors. The new jobs are Chancellor, Steward, Marshal, Recruiter, and Patriarch. The Chancellor controls foreign affairs; the Steward controls the economy and construction; the Marshal controls the military; the Recruiter is in charge of recruiting and advertising the clan; and the Patriarch is responsible for Nirianism (explained later), the history of our nation and its lore. The Supreme Council will vote on who gets what spot every 4 months. The current pairings are as followed: Chancellor - Tres; Steward - Shocker; Marshal - Quatro, Recruiter - Max, Patriarch - Jona
Jobs Reformation
After having the economy stagnate, a new Jobs Initiative was planned. Under this new plan, specific jobs have been disbanded. Citizens will be able to accumulate resources whenever granted it is in Nirian lands and preferably in a designated utility. Gold will become the currency on Vanilla servers. Citizens will also be taxed 8-16 Gold Ingots every 2 weeks to fund the government. As a trade-off for these new freedoms, the Steward will now be responsible for handpicking builders and architects to build Nirian cities and towns. If one isn't picked to build a structure, they have to contact the Steward and have them observe the construction and check that it follows guidelines. Shops will still be encouraged to increase trade as items will now be easier to obtain.
Family Formations
A new social structure in Nirigore has formed: Families. When 4 or more people group up, they may contact the Supreme Council to recognize their family with their last name. Upon approval, families will be asked to make a family banner in Minecraft. As stated above, each family gets one seat in the National Assembly. Soon, families will also be allowed to claim pieces of land to form settlements, towns, and cities.
State Religion
A religion to represent Nirigore has been made. Following the god Perris, followers of Nirianism believe that their naition is the chosen nation blessed with prosperity. The religion believes that Perris created the world and departed leaving Nirigore to decide its own fate. The leader of the religion is the Patriarch. Currently, the Book of Nirianism is being written by the Patriarch and should be published soon. This religion is not enforced, but other religions (fake, real world religions will be treated as such) will be treated as heresies of Nirianism. However, we are religiously tolerant and will not persecute anybody of any faith.
Military Reformation
The military will now be allowed to travel to factions servers to train and recruit. On peaceful servers, the military will act as law enforcement for Nirigore. The military will be granted pieces of land to operate from and will be in charge of getting its own supplies for gear. The military will never be used aggressively against other clans unless we are engaged first.

It has been a while since Nirigore has broken ground on the virgin lands of New Agion, so I thought it would be time for an update. Our new glorious capital city of Vertu is a beacon of fresh starts and prosperity for the Nirian people. Rightly translated to "Virtue", it is meant to stand as a testament to what we as a people hold dear to our hearts. Our new economic system has flourished; the liberalism of the markets has led to growth in many sectors, and they are starting to industrialize. The real estate market is booming as prettier houses are being built, and builders are in greater demand than ever. A more natural road system has given way to a natural look to our city and a more pleasant feel overall. Nirians are also starting to take steps into abstract industries, such as the news outlets. Monsieur Utislasher is an example of someone who has discussed creating a newspaper business to inform his fellow Nirians, as well as the entirety of New Agion. To showcase our development, I have taken a picture of the not so tall Vertu skyline:
Some shorter buildings are blocked, but as you can see, massive private farms are being made to feed the Nirian people and agricultural market. Also, off to the right, we have the foundations of the new Arena Sanguine being laid by Lupus Construction Company. Expansion and development are still on the rise, and mass industrialization is sitting at our fingertips. We are currently waiting on DraXX or Mya to supply each clan with a $50,000 stimulus package that was passed by each nation on New Agion. This plan promises to expedite economy growth and improve trade between nations. We are currently discussing the perms the clan leaders will have and other guidelines for nations who participate in the server. The Supreme Council of The Oligarchy of Nirigore are aware of multiple nations and parties that have expressed interest in the server and are trying to get that discussed as soon as we can. In the meantime, we ask that each group keeps diplomatic channels open with us, so we may facilitate thoughts and wishes to the New Agion nations. The groundwork for a new era has been laid, and Nirian Culture is on the rise faster than ever before!
