In the past that I've been here i noticed too many people are wanting and not giving jobs or money. To solve the problem i would like to be able to build a large business that gives jobs but I myself do not have the money either. I would like to get the system back in circulation. I've also noticed that people crave money. Everyone wants to be rich and not many will give up money. I've heard a saying that relates to the subject,"For 1 to be immortal many must die" die as in become poor. but no one is giving out. I know you might say,"well the more that join the more money we get" but if you do that math you will see that,that is a non-problem solving fact. The more that join,the more that want. I think a simple solution to this problem is that we have 1 big company we may run giving jobs that only give little money to balance out the economy and if for every 10 people that join an extra $750 is added to the economy. Please consider my meanings and thank you for your time.

I feel i would do well in this position. however some training would be great (mainly the information on where the roads need to be made and payment lists for workers etc).
I understand many of the roads have been surveyed and I look forward to helping the DPR with this project.

So if there is a single whole or anything that doesn't look right I'll notice it right away. Also i hate it when i go to a wilderness place on a map and see a whole bunch of messed up grass and stone. I would like to help the community and keep the server nice and clean. Warning for Rabbich! Since I don't know your forum name, I must post it. building a dirt bridge to my island, anyone's island, is griefing. I know you built the "lakelands bridge" to my island, I'm just telling you that is against the rules and to not let it happen again. Remember, if you build ANYWHERE you do not have ownership over or permission of, it is GRIEFING! Especially building single dirt bridges to someone's island. I've not seen any damage, but do NOT let it happen again. Make this my warning to all citizens to not build where they dont have permission. I hate to have to lecture anyone else.

I would like to voice my support for Kjakings lifted lake village. I think it would be a great boost to the economy, it would create many jobs, and it would be a great use of an otherwise unused and economically dead land. I hope to see this project come to light and would very much like to be a part of it :biggrin.gif:.

NRI roads for the Lake area are presently L01-L05. I believe a Survey sign with L05 was left on YOUR island Lakelands 08. This sign is the only item you should have an issue with. I don't know the correct ownership of Lakelands 02 where survey bridge was make to, from the map and the building present I assume you are the owner of Lakelands 08 and 09.
The survey bridge was made between South Rustic 22 and Lakelands 02.
Speak with the project co-ordinator if you wish the L04-05 road to end somewhere else on your island.
I used Redstone torchs which are not easy to confused with normal torch to mark Survey Roads.
Stop worrying about Griefing and have some fun.
Magicpeanut also had an issue with the survey bridges, feel free to joins his/her 'Defence the HomeFront' alliance to remove ugly dirt bridges. :tongue.gif:

I would like to apply for the national roadways sector position. I know and understand that i have to plan and build new roads aswell as monitioring material usage. I understand that i should ask peoples concent to have a road on top of or on thier island first. I understand i can hire people to build the roads and to notify staff to pay people for their work efforts. I also understand that the same people cant be picked to often in a row, to give a chance for other people to have a go and earn money. I know that i have a partner to work with and im confident that i can work well with fig. i would like some training in how much people earn per xxx amount of blocks, and when planning for a road to know which areas need roads and which are to be avoided. also as to what to label on the roadway signs. im a fast learner and am confient with training.

I'm actually happy to have a road to this island in particular. This is the future site of an0perture, in which I'm having troubles designing. An0perture is hosting a design contest for An0perture City in which contestants will be given pictures of the space available. You may have anything you like in your design. For this contest, contestants will either have to draw a diagram of the city, or they can load creative mode on single player and Pm (private message) _Originator_ your pictures. An0perture City should have a "high-tech" theme. The contest should end on December 6, in 2 weeks. The winner will win 500a and a share of an0perture!
Also, in order to fund the opening of An0perture, Pm me or talk to me in-game to purchase and install redstone machines. An0perture is able to build almost anything, but if we can't, then we will eventually. Also, once the city is open, we will be looking for inventors, who will also be installing the mechs.
Please note that the award and the deadline may change for the convenience of the contestants. Ps: If rene wins, runner up also gets the prize...

As staff members it's our job to worry about griefing. If we didn't, then no one would have fun.
