This may only cater to a niche of players, but its worth a shot. As it stands, our group has 2 very active players (myself being one), and a fair amount of semi-active players. We spend most of our time on a decade-old server in 1.18, building monuments in a faithfully 'old-school' style. The simplest way to put this is if you love the culture of old Minecraft (but don't mind playing the modern versions), and are willing to take part in long-term build projects, then this may be the group for you. We'd also like to limit our membership to people who are 16+, so apologies to anyone who has read this far and is 15 or younger!
