I represent an association of players dedicated to construction with survival elements in a hostile environment, currently we are looking for more people with similar tastes to support each other in a massive construction project of an underground mega-fortress.
A little more about us:
We are currently a small association of players, we like a casual environment and we expect to grow gradually. We are focused on creative construction in a survival environment, specifically the construction of a mega underground fortress with dungeon shades and various elements such as underground mini-cities, cemeteries, underground forests, sands of monsters, etc ...
The association does not require a role to be interpreted, but it is recommended that the role of a dungeon dweller (or dwarf builders) be assumed, whatever helps the creativity and inspiration to create the habitat flourish. Only members over 12 years old are counted and accepted due to the semi-professional approach of the association. There is no time requirement, but on Sundays there are group activities and it is recommended to show up at 11 am (GMT -6).
What we offer... 1. System of construction organized and planned collectively.
It is built on planes and following previously established procedures. Thanks to this, it is possible to efficiently coordinate a lot of labor and build very large and exact buildings that converge, without problems, with each other.
2. A mission system focused on entertaining partners If you get bored of building, you can do this, Minecraft looks with different eyes if you embark on an adventure to discover a castle in the clouds or face a dangerous opponent. All sponsored by our adventurers department.
3. A system of events among the associates. If you play on a server, it's because you're looking to interact with other people, right? With these events you will have the opportunity to integrate socially with other players and meet new friends in ... maybe a competition? Or maybe a racing game?... Who knows, there is everything.
What we ask... a) Seriousness
Although it is a game, it is convenient to clarify that it is still an association of players with a common goal. We do not ask for anything that seeks to kill the entertainment (but on the contrary), but being on the table, the effort of other people we ask for a little respect for the effort of others respecting our rules.
b ) Desire to do something spectacular just for the pure pleasure of doing it It is the objective of the association, we do not remunerate with anything more than the experience and fun of being part of such a magnificent work
c) Honesty No one wants a thief in their house, which is why the recruitment filter is a long one, but if you are interested and you like our project it will not cost you to complete it. In any case, it will show you how committed we are with our partners to achieve the goal.
Additional notes to the requirements ... -. Your time is your time, we do not ask you as a requirement We do not ask for a compulsory participation or to be connected, you decide when to contribute to the association and when not. You can literally go two months and then come back to collaborate again.
-. A bit of spanish
We are on base an spanish speakers association, so applicants are advised to know at least a bit of spanish in order to be able to read our documents, manuals and receive instruction. Currently we are translating all the documentation to english to allow a more friendly multicultural environment.
About the process of joining the association. While we would like to open our doors to everyone, we must first make sure that those around us are good people. That is the purpose of the admission process, verify the moral integrity of our applicants to avoid unpleasant times for bad companies in the future. Hopefully, it is your understanding and we really appreciate the interest if you decide to complete it, we promise not to disappoint you in return.
The application is open to all and consists of 2 steps and 1 extra step.
1. Fill out a google form to let us know a little about you.
2.Once the form is completed, one of our associates will contact you via email informing you if you fit with the associate profile (if you fulfill the above, do not worry) and will offer an invitation to the discord channel.
3. Once in the discord channel you will be practically one of ours. But, nevertheless, it would still be necessary for some of our managers to interview you verbally and for the course of induction to the association to be able to give you the pertinent construction permits.

We are currently in the preoperative phase. The official activities of the association have a preferential December date to start. Even so, please do not hesitate to apply to be founding members of the association.
Furuss, after a brief talk with our asossiateds we have come to the conclusion that being able to read/speak spanish is not an absolute requirement, most of our members are able to understand at some level english.
Meanwhile, our current paperwork is all written in spanish, google translator may help with that. With time we hope to have it all translated thanks to a couple of dedicated associates that has taken the work of translating the documents and manuals.
I repeat myself: Knowing Spanish is not a requirement
