I've tried everything, i have no idea what is causing this issue.

I have checked my ports while running the server (port 25565) and it seems to be closed, and my friends cant connect.

I have added an exception in my firewall

My port is forwarded, or it should be.

(note i have tried putting nothing in the server ip, no change)

I have zero idea what may be causing this issue.

have you tried to change port?

Changing port does not work either.

I said ive tried having it blank, no avail

And yes, my friends are using the external IP, ive used port checkers and they come up negative while hosting the server

Temporarily completely disable the firewall and try again.

I have tried that as well, no change.
