I am in critical need of help for this, on my Minecraft 1.8 server every two minutes everyone gets disconnected with the message "Disconnected" in console
and do the speed test. Post what your results are, and also how many people you have connected to your server at the same time while this is happening.
Also, run dxdiag.exe, click save all information, open the text document it creates, copy everything and paste it here.

That is interesting. I've never seen an internet connection with an upload speed that's that much higher than the download speed. You're upload speed is golden, but your download speed might be a little low. Also, your processor is a little on the slow side as well. If you haven't already, try setting the view distance to 5, in the server.properties file. If it's still bad, try even lower, and if it's still bad try limiting the number of people who can log on at the same time.
It was only me on and I did 5 in server settings, now on client it says "Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine" instead of "Disconnected" same error in console though HELP PLEASE
Also, the server works fine with 1.8 below but I really need it to be 1.8 as I am doing a series with the new update (With friends)

This is a shot in the dark, but when was the last time you shut everything down and restarted everything? There's a lot of random errors that can get fixed just by doing that, so if you've had your server running nonstop for several days, a restart may be what it needs. Restart everything- the computer, the modem, and the router. Even if it doesn't fix the problem, it's a good idea to do that every few days, regardless.

My best guess is that it's something to do with the way you have your OS set up, then. That is beyond the scope of my knowledge, though, unfortunately.
it says this:
[00:57:33] [Server thread/INFO]: Robater lost connection: TranslatableComponent
{key='disconnect.genericReason', args=[Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.time
out.ReadTimeoutException], siblings=[], style=Style{hasParent=false, color=null,
bold=null, italic=null, underlined=null, obfuscated=null, clickEvent=null, hove
rEvent=null, insertion=null}}
PLEASE HELP
First, on the computer that the server is running on, go here:
http://www.speedtest.net/
and do the speed test. Post what your results are, and also how many people you have connected to your server at the same time while this is happening.
Also, run dxdiag.exe, click save all information, open the text document it creates, copy everything and paste it here.
