EDIT: Never mind... The windows firewall was blocking it, it just wouldn't SAY SO unless I ran the server as admin. SO, the solution is run as admin, THEN windows will say "do you want to let this through your firewall?"
I'm trying to run vanilla (no bukkit) 1.7.10 on a Win7 machine, but when I start the server, the "Avg tick" remains at 0.000ms and I can't connect to the server. I've run the server on this network before, just on another machine, so I know the port-forwarding is correct. Unfortunately, the new "feature" means that I can't see any of the server output in the GUI, and because it hangs when I try to close it, it never writes a log file, so I have zero idea what's going on.
I've tried running this with Java 6u45 and 7u60, including 64-bit Java, but I get the same behavior with all of them.

Anyone seen this before? Any idea what to try?
