HAving some rather odd issues going on here with the server, around 3 - 4 people out of 7 - 10, are having sporadic connection timeout issues when attempting to connect. Sometimes reconnecting multiple times will finally get it to work, however with one particular member they have been unable to connect in the evening hours, but can connect just fine during the morning (he has a rather fast connection and is not sharing it with anyone so I do not think he's running into peak time issues, despite the odd timing of the problem).
Basically, when someone tries to connect, they'll get into the game for a few seconds then get booted with server console error: Connection Timed out.
First I thought perhaps our previous host was having connection issues since it was randomly happening to different people, in different locations, and with different ISPs. But the issue persisted when switching to GGServers.
I'm out of ideas here... Any help would be appreciated.
If there's any other info I can provide please let me know.

Did you ever find a fix for this? Some of my friends are having the same issue on the ATM 3 server we're running
