I see. Well it can go through the ceiling; I have a screenshot of it, but it's difficult to see well due to the Void fog. It looked similar, at least to me, since it's still little green drops from the block above, so I wasn't sure if it was included in this update or not.
But thank you for the clarification. Next question is: why do I have the feeling of deja vu?
Okay, I don't know if this is new or not, as I've never had a proper slime farm. But I noticed that, like water and lava, slimes also drip through the block they are above, apparently when they land from a hop.
How do you get animals to follow you, I hold wheat, I used wheat on them. I can get them to reproduce, but never follow me. Is this feature not quite working yet? I really want to bring some animals back to my home and put them in pens.
Hm, try on another group of animals? You should just be able to hold it, and they just follow. It seems to be a little buggy though. So I guess keep trying, or find others of the same animals to try it on.
No, as of now it seems to be a feature of worlds in general... I checked a creative world and it 'is deleted upon death'
I already died once in Survival, and nothing happened to my world at all. I respawned as usual.
Anyway, so I noticed that you always have this one wheat with breed or having animals follow you, I don't know when it "activates." But I noticed something odd - you can't shift+click it like other items. And just now, I was having a cow follow me to its new pen, and suddenly, the wheat disappeared!
So perhaps it becomes, like, a different item or something after first used?
I'm not totally certain yet, but there may be a limit of five animals able to follow you at one time while holding Wheat. I had two pigs and three chickens, but I could NOT get this sheep to pay any attention to me! But after I killed the chickens and tried again, it started to notice.
EDIT: Scratch that, it may have just been a bug with that one sheep. I now got like two pigs, a sheep, and four chickens following me.
