My plan is to make this into a complete server with a castle, medieval towns, a bay, and much more! I'm starting out with a bay, Calvera Bay, and a castle, Atlus Castle.
I won't have any pictures of Calvera Bay until it's finished. It's by the spawn point which includes a lava pit. The bay is mostly wood, but it's not close enough to catch fire.
The Atlus Castle is planned to be HUGE. You'll be able to see it from the spawn point even though it's ways away. The king (me, obviously) will reside in his throne and his bedroom. His faithful knights are gifted a special iron armor that never wears out (hacked) as a reward. I've only done the throne room interior inside the keep. The second floor will be the dining hall and the top floor will be the king's bedroom. There will be many more parts of the Castle coming soon.

I am meowing at my lung’s fullest. I would even argue that the echo that reverberates back to me is the voice of someone I know…
OMG CAN I HELP?!?!?!?!? If you need anything related to redstone I would be more than happy to help, I can also help with general construction, just let me know what you need done
I'm taking a break from the castle and making a town! I forget the name, I have it on a piece of paper. I'll go find it after I show you guys a screenshot of the very start.
Alstride Town, Day 1
On right you see the King's Crossing Restaurant. It's very well thought out: each seat in the waiting room has a parallel redstone torch. Once it lights up, that means there is a seat available for you to eat at. Their main meal is stew, while you get free bread as an appetizer and cookies for dessert. The wood structure behind it is not another building, but simply the actual restaurant where you eat, without the stone roof of course. The stone building with the chimney is the blacksmith. That's where you go to buy armor and tools. Though, they do not sell wood tools. The building behind the blacksmith is the Creeperloaf Bakery, selling bread, cookies, and cake. It's currently empty and there is no brick roof yet. I'm in the process of making it.
Each street has a name, the trees are hand-made, there are bushes, and there will be places to buy or build a house to live in. Plus, you will be able to take over a shop and work there!
I have a list of all the buildings in the town. I've probably forgotten a few, and you can post your ideas too!
Blacksmith (Done)
Restaurant (King's Crossing - Done)
Bakery (Creeperloaf - WIP)
Jail
Butcher
Farm (Outside the town)
Casino (Play redstone games to win prizes!)
Library (Help)
Observatory
Dairy Store
Clock Tower (Made with redstone, shows Minecraft time!)
Pound (If your wolf escapes while you are offline, it's brought here)
PVP Colosseum (Plus Spleef and Monster challenges)
Oh man. this looks awesome so far, and I bet it will look even more awesome in the end! one question, how will you make the clock tower work? You're gonna need A LOT of repeaters. But meh, I'm a redstone noob and I'm sure you'll figure it out. Anyway, awesome so far, keep it up!

No repeaters. There are four dispensers. The first dispenser launches an item down onto a pressure plate. After 5 minutes, the item will disappear and the pressure plate will send a signal to the next dispenser using a NOT gate. The signal will also go to the actual clock, turning on and off redstone torches to show the hands on a clock. There will be four hands:
Morning
Noon
Night
Midnight

Oh, yeaaaahhhh, that would work. As, I said, I'm a redstone noob so I'm not surprised that I didn't think of that. Anyway, good luck with your town!
