You may be familiar with the texture pack: Sphax BDcraft. I have been playing with it for a while and it sort of inspired me to make my own texture pack, but I don't know how to make it look like that, all drawn and not so many pixels. I tried to search up stuff like "texture pack maker" or whatever but those only let me draw with pixels like vanilla minecraft. What is nesacerry to make this sort of texture pack? Thanks
I suggest you start by reading the All-Inclusive Guide to Texturing for starters. From that you'll realize that you'll be using multiple programs like GIMP for your artwork and 7-zip to assemble the pack. There's no "texture pack maker" program that isn't horribly restrictive. I strongly suggest learning to do things the right way so that you have freedom in your art rather than the easy way which will doom you to churning out garbage.
Once you've figured out how to make a pack, come back with more specific questions and we'll have better answers for you.
