Hi, I'm wondering if there's a 1.13 resource pack out there that gives wool a softer texture(eg: removes white highlights, makes it closer to one color) but doesn't make it completely flat, and uses the 1.12 colors. Can someone try to find that for me?

Sure such a resource pack exists however it'll be hard for anyone to help you without some additional information. Firstly you haven't told us what texture pack you are currently using so we have no idea what would be 'softer' for you nor do I know what 'white highlights' you're referring to. You also haven't told us what resolution you're using at the moment (16x, 32x, 512x?) so even if we knew exactly what issues you want fixed we don't know what size image we should be hunting for or what size to make our correction to match the rest of the pack. I'm also not entirely sure what '1.12 colors' is referring to specifically but the colors of textures are defined by the resource pack so without reference material there is no way to determine the colors you're looking to match. As an example DokuCraft TSC offers 3 versions for every MC release (High, Light or Dark) and if you were to download all 3 and extract the wool files you'll find 3 different shades of red depending on which version you sample- they are all 1.12 colors and all match their pack but are noticeably different from one another.
With the right information this would be a pretty quick and easy thing to take care of for you. I could grab some images and toss them in a downloadable zip file in a few minutes if I knew exactly what you're looking for. If you're still looking for help with this I'll need to know at the very least what resource pack you're using right now and what resolution it is. If we can actually load the pack and see what you're using then we could actually take the next step in helping you.

Do you just mean a wool texture that's not as grainy or textured?
