How do I edit the cursor in a resource pack?

What is the name of the cursor in a resource pack folder? I looked in all texture folder's and I can't find it. I'm talking about the cursor in the middle of your screen when your mining and placing block's.

it's the image in the top left corner of that file, right next to the hearts and armor icons.

Yeah I couldnt see it in the windows photo viewer cause the background was white in PAINT.NET I could see it ;p
