at the top you have the heat bar It's a Long Bar that has a little arrow pointing in the middle (As Default)
Then at the right side of the bar you have a red color and at the left, you have a a blue color. Let's Make it easy: at the middle of the bar you have 0% temperature. (Coldest: -100% Hottest 100%)
Hotness Effects
• 25% Temperature = Slowness 1
• 50% Temperature = Slowness 2
• 75% Temperature = Slowness 2 Nausea 1
• +90% Temperature = Slowness 2 Nausea 2 Drains Health (When Closer To 100% The Faster It Drains)
• 100% Temperature = Instant Death
Surviving In The Hot
• Drink Water (-25%)
• Jump in Water Pond (Just In Hot Places: Reduce To 0%)
• Drink Cactus Juice (I'll Talk about that Later) (-25%)
• Avoiding Sprinting (It Will Make you heat up 10% each 20 Blocks)
Coldness Effects
• -25% Temperature = Slowness 1
• -50% Temperature = Slowness 2
• -75% Temperature = Slowness 2 Blindness 1
• -90% Temperature = Slowness 2 Blindness 2 Drains Health (When Closer To -100% The Faster It Drains
• -100% Temperature = Instant Death
Surviving In The Cold
• Leather Set (Reduces by 50% the cold)
• Fur Set (I'll Talk About That Later) (Reduces by 90% the cold)
• Start a Fire (Heats You Up You Slowly) (The Bigger The Fire The Faster It Heats You Up)
• Torches (Will Keep You At a Max Of -75% Temperature)
• Try To sprint more (+10% each 20 blocks)

Cactus Juice: Place one Cactus in a crafting bench or inventory crafting.
Fur: By Killing Wolves.
So Now That Temperature Is Done We Can Move To Energy Bar. The Energy Bar is a yellow bar above the hearts of the player. (This Time Let's Do 0% Energy To 100%)
Energy Loss Effects
• 100% Energy: Sprint, walk and sneak Normally.
• 50% Energy: Walk and sneak.
• 20% Or Less Energy: Sneak.
• 0% Forces you to sleep on the ground. (Think It's Not that bad? Let's see what you do if you ran out of energy while creepers chases you...)
Recovering Energy
• Sitting Down (Sneak + Right Click The Floor) (+10% Energy per Minute)
• Laying Down (Sneak + Right Click And HOLD On The Floor) (+30% Energy per Minute)
• Eating Food (Food Will Increase Energy As Mush As It Increases Food) (No Saturation)
• Strength Potion (Strength 1 +50% Then Slowly Regenerates To 100% Strength 2 +100% And Slowly regenerates If You Lose Energy)
Losing Energy
• Sprinting (-10% Energy Each 10 Blocks)
• Walking (-10% Energy Each 15 Blocks)
• Sneaking (-10% Energy Each 20 Blocks)
• Jumping (-10% Energy Each 10 Jumps) (If There Isn't Another Jump in a minute it resets the count)
Ok! Now that we finished with Energy I'll Tell you about another bar. The Hydration Bar! The Hydration bar is above the hunger bar.
Hydration Is very Important. And it will give you a lot of problems. You'll See...
Losing Hydration
• You'll Lose 10% Hydration naturally each 3 minutes.
• Sprinting (-10% Each 10 Blocks)
• Walking (-10% Each 15 Blocks)
• Sneaking (-10% Each 20 Blocks)
• Heat (HE = Heat HY = Hydration (HE25% Lose naturally HY10% each 2.30 Minutes HE50% = -HY10% Each 2 Minutes HE75% = -HY10% each 1.30 Minutes)
• Drinking Ocean/Sea Water (-10%)

When you receive a good hit you or you fall a high distance You'll Start to bleed, When you bleed you are forced to sneak, That is, Bad cos that means you are slower than the mobs around you, you also get some mining fatigue 2, that'll Make you hit slower, so you'll have a BIG problem if you're bleeding. • Falling From a High Place Will make you bleed. The higher you fall the more blood you lose.
• Getting a Hard Hit for a mob. The Harder the hit is, The More you'll bleed.
Stoping Bleeding
• Paper (Reduces Damage Done by the Injure) (Takes 3 minutes to stop completely the bleeding)
• Bandage (Stops The Bleeding In use) (Takes 9 paper in the crafting table to make)
*Blood Will Regenerate Naturally a 20% each minute.

So when you start you can't Break anything, not even wood, BUT you can break leaves, that drop sticks. Then If you put 4 sticks in your little inventory crafting and get a wood plank. And then... Well, Yeah. Do Yo' Thing.
P.S: I Forgot to say that if you are in a cold area if you jump in water your temperature will go down Super fast! or if you are in water, but have some ice floating 5 blocks or less from you (When closer colder the water)
