As you know, minecraft skins are easily customizable, except for one thing:
The right and left arms are forced symmetric.
I have an idea for a skin mod, but I'm trying to find a way to implement it.
My idea is to somehow layer the left and right sides on top, then tell minecraft to use them separately.
what I essentially need is a method for somehow putting the color info for two pixels into the space for one pixel, then having it separable later.
I feel that its possible, maybe with a concession to color fidelity.
I'm stumped on how to do it though. If anyone has any ideas, please post them here.
