Most people think you can't make a clock/pulsar that you can simply turn on and off with a switch. Well its easy, just make a clock and then put a redstone comparator at the end and have a switch leading to it. Simple!

Most people think? I'm pretty sure most people actually realize you can just slap a lever or a piston somewhere in a clock to make it toggleable. Much easier than adding a comparator with a side input (which adds delay to the circuit, too).
