getting 2 pistons to fire then retract

So I have two pistons (stacked) and I have it so the bottom one fires first, then the top one..

But when they go to retract I need the top ones to go first then the bottom ones...

And all of the vids on youtube don't' explain how to make it work..

look up double pistone extender or look for it on the sticky
