I love the idea of an aerial obstacale course on a timer with pistons.
The idea is the obstacle course is around 45-50 blocks in the sky and divided into five sections of various minecraft abilities. But the beginning of each one is always the same, a short corridor with a pressure plate at the end, this pressure plate will set off a redstone current that will act as a timer to the sticky pistons attached to the obstacle course's blocks, if the player reaches the end of the section and jumps to the other section before the time runs out they are save from falling to there doom.
But if they cannot reach the end of the section before the time runs out, the redstone current will set off several pistons attached to the obstacle course causing the blocks to be pulled apart and the player falling to there doom.
Each section should either have an element of minecraft worked into it, such as mining blocks to get somewhere or a challenging puzzle, such as a maze.
The sections should go up in difficultly as they progress with Section 1 being incredibly easy and section 5 being incredibly difficult.
If anyone wants to take up the challenge, post back in this thread. And if you manage to make it, send me a email with an attached link to a download for it to [email protected]
Sadly I didnt make a small maze :laugh.gif: I made somthing that would frusterate the hell out of you, but it is easy once you find what it does. :laugh.gif:
