So I made a filter, everything works just fine and all the flesh and golden swords are left into another chest, however the nuggets go into hoppers but once it goes into the hopper before the chest, it doesn’t go through. There is a Redstone torch but whenever I remove it all the items go through. I need help badly, please.

Pictures needed. (It might be possible to adaquately describe the device, but would be long and prone to misinterpretation.)
A link to the tuturial / video from which you got the filter design might also help...
This appears to be an item filter / sorter attached to a gold farm.
What are you trying to do?
From the initial sentence it would seem you want to send gold nuggest into chest 'A' and all other drops into chest 'B'.
Is this true? or are you also trying to sort the gold ingots from the swords and rotten flesh?
From the minimal description, something is powering (and therfore locking) a hopper that should be unpowered.
Assuming you're using what I think of as a standard design, the most common error is leaving out a row of hoppers.
There should be three rows:
The TOP ROW transports items across the sorter and each hopper should point into the next with the last hopper going to a 'junk' or 'overflow' chest.
The MIDDLE ROW holds the items it is intended to sort and points at nothing. The COMPARATORs should 'read' this row.
The BOTTOM ROW each points down at the a receiving chest and is momentarily unlocked by each pulse generated by an item entering the hopper in the Middle Row that is directly above it.
End view

WARNING: I have an extemely "grindy" playstyle; YMMV — if this doesn't seem fun to you, mine what you can from it & bin the rest.
