Yes there is in fact a way to accomplish what you are trying to do. but these are two different problems
To hide the "@block placed" message you need to turn off CommandBlockOutput. this will also reduce command block spam and mute other similar messages such as @given. @clear etc. you can do this by typing in the following
/gamerule commandBlockOutput false
To address the issue of seeing an @ symbol when using the say or tell command there is no way to remove it. but there are 2 things you can do to work around this problem
Your first option is actually really simple, You can rename the command block using an anvil, example. if you name the command block "Radazexer" and put in the command "/say Hello" instead of getting "[@] Hello" you will get "[Radazexer] Hello"
The second option is going to look a lot nicer, and has a lot more flexibility. but is also more complicated. but can be super easy with the use of a command generator. you can use the tellraw command to tell players a message without the @ Symbol, also allowing you to use text effects such as BOLD UnderlinedItalic And Even Color. i recommend using a tellraw command generator
One last thing. the tellraw command will start off like this "/tellraw @p" You will have to change @p depending on who you want to see the tellraw message (@p=Closest @a=all/everyone @r = Random)

Hi, just a quick question I have. Is there a way to stop command blocks from displaying messages other than /say commands?
ex:
I don't want [@: Block placed] to show up in chat
I do want [@] hi to show up in chat
Any way to make this work? I'm kinda new to command blocks, so help is appreciated. Thank you!
