I have this auto farm that has the collection hoppers lock for about 30 seconds each time the clock goes off. I wanted to make a second farm and connect it to the first clock so I didn't have to make 2 clocks. To do this I would need these two hoppers* to go on at the same time and off at the same time. Is this possible? If so, how?

Here's the clock torch number 1 (and hopefully later number 2) is connected to.

To unlock the two hoppers simultaneously, you need to have the RS signal that deactivats the locking RS-torches reach each torch at the same time.
If you can find a piece of redstone dust [RSD] that will serve as the signal source 'close' to both of the blocks to which the RS-torches are attached, simply run RSD from this point to the blocks. [The propagation time of a RS signal along a line of RSD is zero.]
If one – or both – blocks are too distant (ie the RS signal drops to zero) add an identical number of repeaters to each line. [There is actually avery slight difference in the behavior caused by one repeater @ 2 ticks and two repeaters @ 1 tick each… although I've not seen this be an issue other than bedrock breaking builds.]
Looking at the first picture [ppzOoNV.png], it seems like you have built two of the nimstut farm models next to each other. Assuming that all the dispensers fire at the same time, I'm not sure that a one or two tick difference in when the collection hoppers locked/unlocked would matter.
Nonetheless, the above should allow you to sync them.
