Just try to be original with your work. Offer something people want before someone else offers it and it'll be easy. Sure, you'll most likely fail, but it'd be fun and on the off chance you DID succeed, we'd have one of the greatest businessmen of all time.
Um no joke dude. I'm very determend. There is a way just not many people know it. Actually you could make 1 million dollars by posting 700,000 (More or less) books on kindle for 2-3 dollars. You could create a Iphone app. You could enter in a tourdement. There are ways just not easy ones.
Do you want $50,000 now or do you want to work from now until you're 60?
Face the facts.
You can't make $50,000.
The best you could probably make is $2,000 through a lot of effort and patience. If you want to start a business, go take business classes when you're in college. Then get a steadily paying job until you can raise enough money, or get a loan. Then pay start you're own business when you're 28 or something.
If you wanna start a business, sorry to break it to ya, kiddo, but you can't start a business when you're 11. There are laws which prohibit it.
Well to me age is only limiting the power you have and putting a label on people. The truth is you can be as mature and proffesional and smart as you want to be. Age limits are just saying this is the normal amount of maturity and intellagence most 11 year olds have (Not a lot btw only few are mature). So they put limits on them to make sure they don't do anything stuiped. But the few that are treated like mature people want to start something. It may be near impossible but not impossible.
(Btw I have straight A's for your information.)
Well guess what, there's this thing called the law.

Sire I inquire as I do with most, but do you mean to gloat? For is it truly such a tire to reply to the host with but a simple QUOTE?
Lemonade stand: True...
By 99 USD (I'm in Europe) I meant that for the iPhone app
Also, why don't you take the QUOTE out of the RESPONSE next time
Ah, I thought you meant it was a cost to add a book to Amazon. Either way, same thing applies.
If I took the quote out of the response, you wouldn't know who I was replying to.
I support you! Kind of! You can probably take language arts classes to learn to write. And I understand what your saying. I hope everyone else knows that you don't have to write 700,000 books. A lot of authors haven't made even 20 books and they've made millions! You just have to make really good books and think about them thoroughly. Yea. That's a thought...
Again, I kind of support you. I've heard of a 5-year-old once that wrote a book. He made a lot of money. It was about a mouse.
Anyway, writing 20 awesome books before you turn 12/13 is hopeless. But 'hopeless' has the word 'hope' in it, right? And hopeless having it's letters rearranged spells 'peeslosh', which has nothing to do with what I'm talking about.

Yesterday I was on my way to class, when a black cat fell from the sky. I didn't really know what that nonsense was about so I asked him if I could step around him because he was bad luck, but he simply meowed and then disappeared. I was a bit worried that maybe he'd teleported to Afghanistan or somewhere equally dangerous, but a wizard came and assured me that it was alright. I threw my Zune at him because I was 78% sure he was lying. The wizard roared at me and sentenced my mother to thirty five years of chain smoking. I was sad.
I think you should ask your parents if your old enough to get a fairly simply job, (example: helper to someone who works at a store) you won't get money fast, but over time, when you do get 50K then well kudos to you.
Theoretically he could have his parents assume control over his income, if he was to get a job online. But the only job I could imagine you'd be making $50k in a few months would be freelancing really intensely with amazing quality work.
Lemonade stands are illegal with a permite that cost 100 and with a lemondade stand you wouldn't be able to make money unless it summer and it doesn't bring in much profit.
1,000 for first personal use computer
2,500 for second
5,000 for third
and 12,000 (my dream one) for fourth.
In all that does add up to 20,500 but hey 1,000 for a 11 year old isn't bad if I can make that money.
Oh and I might build it myself.

pssst
you don't need four computers
maybe this is news to you, so i'm just saying
you could use $1000 for a computer and spend the rest for a car or something when you're older

Building would be good, but chances are high technology will have changed by the time you get the money so I wouldn't keep the prices set in stone for what you need to earn. Either way I see no reason to have 4 computers, the money would be better kept in your savings for later on; possibly for a car / college / starting the business you want in a few years.
I'm trying to start a new company/shop but to do that I need at least 50,000 dollars to buy building, renovate, make products, buy stuff like registers and cammaras.
I don't want to take out a loan that I might not be able to pay back or just start small and in 1 year finally make 1,000. The only setback is I'm 11.So that means no driving, no being alone, and no talking to strangers.
So I know it nearly impossible to make 50,000 dollars fast as a 11 year old but there might be a way so that is why I'm asking.
I'm fourteen.... I have tried getting money by selling stuff(not drugs, so don't go and get the wrong idea) and it gets you some money. But kid... it ain't gonna get you 50,000 dollars. I've worked for money before... it doesn't get you that much money. Most people don't even make that a year. Your eleven years old, enjoy your childhood while it's still there(once you in high school times goes by quicker than it normally does), and your idea is good (I want to be an entrepreneur, the same as you) so save it for when you get older.
(I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything but think about it)
When you get older:
Take a loan, rent a building(in a populated area, if it's in bad shape then fix up the place a little), hire a few employes that are willing to work for a some-what low pay(if they do a good job give them a raise), have products that people would buy(variety), and have the products at a lower price than some of the other stores(have informants go into other near-by stores and check out the prices on their products). Have a good supply of products, nice colors in the store(to make customers feel welcome), shopping carts, cameras in strategic positions(not in the bathrooms, but maybe outside bathrooms), celebrate "Black Friday"(some-what optional), have shelves stocked frequently(every couple of hours), the place needs to be cleaned fairly often, have gift cards(optional), up to date registers/check out lanes, have a loading dock, labels(for the prices and such), scanners, and there is probably so much more. You need to think about stuff like this. Just saying.... hope I helped(and that this made sense).
He's a kid. While getting $50k may be unrealistic, it's ambitious! Ambition and drive are something that will take you a long way in life, no matter what you're doing.
Having said that, I don't believe that you should make the pursuit of money your goal. Money is a gateway to help you to the things and experiences you want. It shouldn't be the goal itself. I haven't read this whole thread, but if I had any advice to give, find something you enjoy doing. Keep dreaming. Find a way to achieve your goals doing something you're gonna enjoy.
You're 11. I'm twice your age and I still have my life ahead of me. You hold onto that ambition and drive, and match it with a good work ethic, and you'll be able to achieve whatever you want. Good luck!
Hey Kid 50K!? AT 11!?Almost Impossible Though!I am 14 my and by selling stuff that gets you money but not 50k!
There was once my friend well...brought some stuff too school (trading card game stuff) and sold alot and made 20+ Dollars out of bout 5-10 People in the class and I was shocked....so thats pretty much how much you can make but if your lucky you get more lolz.
And other ways:
-SELL YOUR HOUSE
-SELL DRUGS
-SELL YOU ORGANS
LOLZ
(But kid you sure have a dream work hard, grow up and earn some money and maybe take a loan ask for advice then yeah start your business. )

When I was 11, I wanted was a mansion made out of diamonds and embedded with jewels.
...But instead I got a skateboard, which was pretty nice.

Hot Chocolate Stand then.
I haven't abandoned this forum just yet.
Look. Everyone has already said what needs to be said on the matter. But really. What do you need 50K for? To make a business?
You're not going to be able to make a business until later on in life. No one's going to take you seriously if you haven't even reached college yet.
That's how I made my millions.
