Let's see here, let's compare a white rapper that was only good back in the early 2000's and a teenage pop singer in the t(w)een years, yep, makes perfect sense. I mean, this topic might as well be:
TOP 5 reasons Johnny Cash is better than Rihanna

Religion, has actually convinced people, that there's an invisible man, living in the sky, who watches everything you do every minute of the day, and the invisible man has a special list. Of 10 things he doesn't want you to do. And if you do ANY of these ten things he has a special place, full of fire, and smoke, and burning, and torture, and will send you there to suffer and choke and scream for all of eternity... But he still loves you.
I don't understand why people 'hate' Justin Beiber. I personally do not like his music because I simply don't listen to that genre but seriously everyone has their own opinions and you should respect that.
Also your reasons are completely biased
You're free to not like his music but you can't deny that he is talented. I mean in rap god he says 101 words in the space of 6 seconds, and the rhyming of Lose Yourself is phenomenal. Not to mention his own mum tried to sue him out of $10 million.
Not to mention in Till I collapse he is humble enough to admit and list off everyone who he thinks is better than him

Because he didn't hit puberty until he was 17

I always forget rap is graded on how quickly you can say words and what drama you're involved in.
You can't just outright say one musician is better than another, it's entirely subjective. Eminem and Justin Bieber appeal to completely different audiences, use completely different styles and have completely different meanings.
I personally love Eminem and don't necessarily care about Justin Bieber, but just liking Eminem more doesn't give me the right to claim that he's better.
"Critics who treat adult as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence." C. S. Lewis

It most certainly does.
While I'm not endorsing the OP (I think his actions were silly), you can't say that taste is subjective, and then turn turn around and say that "Just because you don't like them doesn't make them bad."
Yes, yes it does. And it does by exactly what you just said.
Taste is subjective. Therefore, the Great Arbiter of Taste is none other than yourself. All you can ask of another person is to realize that they are their own Arbiter of Truth, not mine.
Ranked 296th greatest song all time according to Rolling Stone
Reason #2) His #1 song, doesn't have more dislikes than likes on youtube
Reason #3) He doesn't act like a badass to be cool
Reason #4) He loves his fans
Reason #5) His songs are actually enjoyed by international fans
Let me know why you think(know) Eminem is better.
Therefore they both suck in my eyes, as probably does my music preferences to you.

If you think Eminem is terrible, you must not know good music.
Way to respect my opinion.
If you think Eminem is good music, you must not know good music.
You have just showed us that you are a very thick person who will not realize everyone else has different opinions.
Both of them are horrible anyways.

Also a stupid reason c:
Wait what?
This person speaks wise words.
If all of us give a little bit of something to a good cause, we can help to make that cause happen.

So is country, so is blues, so is folk, and probally some more genres I'm not thinking of

Anyways
Both are bad. I'd rather listen to Sage Francis.
