Well, what is something you can both do together? Is there a movie you both would like to see? A restaurant you would both like? A sporting event that you would both enjoy?
Just avoid doing nothing. It can break relationships from what I've seen.

Australian heat is fine. Play soccer for an hour or two (but not a date ofc) every week or so to keep her liking you and gives you spare time to talk.
