You ever just lay there and think about stuff then whatever your thinking about makes it hard for you to sleep? Or maybe even a bad bed or loud neighbors? What keeps you up at night lol And please no creepy or nasty posts :/
I usually fall asleep rather quickly every night, but there are these certain nights where I can't sleep at all. 25% of those nights are when I'm excited/nervous about something.
Sometimes I can't sleep cause I think of minecraft. It's that serious.

I always keep myself up, unintentionally, by continually asking "What if?" "What if I did this?" "What if I did that?" "What if I didn't this?" "What if I didn't that?" These literally cloud my mind forever, and it take me a while to sleep most of the time.
Another thing that keeps me up is texting, I always stay up really late texting people, because neither of us wants to be the one to go to bed first.
