I usually eat like 30 minutes to an hour before sleeping and I don't have cottonmouth when I wake up, I just do. I listen to music to fall asleep but I have a timer that ends it after 30 minutes.

I do that almost everyday, it's pretty annoying. I wake up at least twice a night.

Maybe you need a prescription to Xanax or Asendin. Pills aren't a solution, just helps you calm down to find that solution.
