I just hated it when I sat next to my friend in class, and we had to switch books to check for mistakes. The ENTIRE page was filled with stuff like the'yre, youre and capital letters in the middle of a sentence. Being a complete English nerd I crossed out and corrected each word (I mean, that's what we were supposed to do :3)
-U (Meant to be you)
-Y (Meant to be why)
-Incorrect use of one of the following:
-Rite (Meant to be right)
-2 (Meant to be to. This pretty much only bugs me when people are saying 'come 2 my party' and stuff)
5. Color instead of colour, favorite instead of favourite, ect.
6. Mom instead of mum.
You do realize that 5 and 6 are cultural, right? Color (and others) with an "u" and mom with an "u" are usually British English. They're not misspellings, and they're not misused, they're just from a different culture.
My current avatar is Gyro Zeppeli from the popular manga Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. He's my favorite character. I love his optimism, dry humor, and his ability to do considerable damage even without a stand.
