So, here's what happened: It was my birthday. A few kids started taking B-Day licks/hits too far. I got punched in the arm, shoulder-blades, and back. I got punched hard enough where I couldn't breathe and had to go to the nurse. Then, the kids responsible got suspended. And now, they're threatening to jump me again, and teachers won't do anything about it. These kids are twice my size, and are pretty heavy-weight/muscular. I really need help now, because I know the kids who did it the first time wouldn't hesitate to do it again. They didn't threaten me directly, they told my friends. I really don't know what to do. I'm seriously afraid to go to school Monday.

Find your local police station's none emergency number. Report the kids. Problem hopefully solved.
I did that when the incident first occurred, on tuesday. They gave us the option to press charges, but my parents didn't want to take it that far. And even though they threatened me, I don't have enough witnesses or evidence that they threatened me. So until they do something, I'm out of luck with teachers/staff/police. It's too late to press charges now, even though they filed a report.

Maybe you need to make it seem like a much bigger problem to your parents and school teachers/administrators, because it seems that no one understands how serious your problem is. I remember a long time ago when my friend was getting bullied, he got help very fast when his mom went to yell at the principal that he was considering suicide and hurting himself. If you could convince your parents to call the administrators, they will probably help if they recognize the danger you're being put into.
Did they do this IN school?
If so: Stay in areas with lots of kids/teachers at all times. Don't get passes out of class, don't take the weird route through the back of the school to one of your classes, stay in the main areas where teachers and students SHOULD be walking around at.
Take a bus ride to Alaska, change your name to Pablo Wasco. You will pretend to act like you were born in Mexico, have children and buy a dog and get a job at a local deli mart.
"Why did I move here? I guess it was the weather. Or the... Ah I don't know, that thing. That magic. You see it in the movies. I wanted to retire. From what I was doing, you know? From that, that... line of work. Be a good guy for once, a family man. So, I bought a big house. Came here, put my feet up, and thought I be a dad like all the other dads. My kids, would be like the kids on TV. We could play ball and sit in the sun. But well, you know how it is."
This sounds serious! I've been bullied from Kinder to 12th grade.. I was helpless but I got through it. I hope you can as well. I basically kept to myself and avoided the bullies. If they did get near me I'd simply keep a straight face and ignore them.. This might not work for all cases.. but people were seriously afraid of me, basically judging me before they got to know me. I was extremely shy and didn't talk at all to people who harassed me. I'm not the best at giving advice but I am concerned. If you need evidence maybe you can get a trusted friend to secretly video your encounters with these bullies or you can keep a recorder in your pocket. Helpful if you seriously can't avoid them. That's what I would do. I hope it helps :]
Well when ever some is trying to do something like that to me I just run and jump a few table to get away.
So if you can do that they are just to big so not as agile.
Or you might be able to talk to them so they get mad and then lure them over to a teacher to show them.
(There are swears in here that's why it looks weird)
EDIT: looks like you're not getting it in school so if you have some stamina then just sprint home with them after you.
I can insure you once you get in your house there will be no more worrying.
After all if they do come into your house after you then you could shoot them with no legal charges as long as you live in the us.
So just shoot them or stab them if they come in your house that's what I'd do at least. :3
don't break in my house I know where a few erm large guns are and how to shoot them.
Get an expanding telescope baton, they are great self defense weapons. I don't think you can take it to school though, but there legal in most places. Also why were the kids hurting you?
Naturally, one would call the police or tell their parents. Personally, I'd run. Just because you run from a fight, it doesn't mean that you're weak. In fact, it's the other way around. If you find the need to fight someone for no damn reason other than personal enjoyment that makes you a bully and no more stronger than that 'wimp' in gym class( not physically, of course ).
My advice is to travel with an unbeatable band of friends wherever you go. As long as you don't give them an opportunity to attack, you should be fine.

I would tell you about how awesome I am down here, but I have a feeling you probably already know that. <- Please. ._.
First: Find a friend named Ponyboy
Second: get a 6" switchblade knife
third: stay with him at all times
fourth: if you get jumped, kill one of them with your knife
fifth: run away to an abandoned church
sixth: save kids, be a hero, get fatally wounded
seventh: have your greaser pals beat the socs in a rumble
eighth: die a hero
ninth: ???
tenth: Profit!

You have been strangely silent.
I will assume that you presented the names of your friends (that communicated with these bullies) to the teacher/principal. Second-hand information is not terribly convincing. How can it be too late to press charges? Have you told the police that you genuinely fear for your life? Until it is resolved, I would suggest travelling with a group of friends to prevent yourself from being outnumbered.

Your reference to The Outsiders is unhelpful. The goal is to not get killed.

Ben Linus used a baton... so batons are cool.
