"Make the best out of the cards you are dealt."
"Don't let your failures define who you are, but instead learn from them to become a better person."

If all of us give a little bit of something to a good cause, we can help to make that cause happen.
"Happiness is like glass. It may be all around you, yet be invisible.
But if u change your angle of viewing a little, then it will reflect light more beautifully than any other object around you."
"There are times in life when you have to distance yourself from those you love, because you love them."
"There's no such thing as a painless lesson-they just don't exist. Sacrifices are necessary. You can't gain anything without losing something first. Although if you can endure that pain and walk away from it, you'll find that you now have a heart strong enough to overcome any obstacle."
"I pitted them against each other, but not until they set aside their differences did I see the true power they all share deep inside. I see now that the circumstances of one's birth are irrelevant; it is what you do with the gift of life that determines who you are."
"We all change. When you think about it, we're all different people all through our lives, and that's okay, that's good, you gotta keep moving, so long as you remember all people that you used to be. I will not forget one line of this. Not one day. I swear."
“We do have a lot in common. The same air, the same Earth, the same sky. Maybe if we started looking at what's the same instead of always looking at what's different ...well, who knows?”
"If you love me, don't let me in. Open that door, I will— I'll come in. I don't want to die. I won't bow out bravely—I'll be kicking, screaming, fighting—to the end."
I have quite a few quotes but most of them aren't really inspirational.
"Miss Stern obviously suffered from the democratic delusion that all men are created interesting." - Fiction novel named Shibumi.
That one's not too motivating but a lot of people really should hear it.
"Let him think I am more man than I am and I will be so." - Papa Hemingway, Old Man and the Sea.
"Those who 'abjure' violence can only do so because others are committing violence on their behalf." - Orwell. I would like all communo-anarchists and pacifists to hear this one, too.
"Death had to take him sleeping, for if Roosevelt had been awake there would have been a fight." - One of Theodore Roosevelt's colleagues, I didn't write the name down.
This one coming up isn't inspirational at all, but it's still one of my favorites:
"Four guys go down a trail. A grenade sails out. One guy jumps on it and takes the blast, but it's a killer grenade and everybody dies anyway. Before they die, though one of the dead guys says, "The ____ did you do that for?" and the jumper says, "Story of my life, man," and the other guy starts to smile but he's dead. That's a true war story that never happened." - Tim O'Brien, The Things They Carried. Shame that I had to censor it. It's a book set in the Vietnam war, if it helps you imagine it any better. I give this book the absolute highest recommendation, if you can stomach fairly graphic descriptions and war stories, that is. I honestly do not think I could find a better book set during a war than that one.
"I pitted them against each other, but not until they set aside their differences did I see the true power they all share deep inside. I see now that the circumstances of one's birth are irrelevant; it is what you do with the gift of life that determines who you are."
Hey, I remember that quote! Isn't it from Mewtwo?

Not my quotes but I do like them.

That's derived from Mewtwo. I remember.
