Otherwise: 12:00 AM - 3:00 AM to 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM.
When I go to sleep usually just depends on how tired I feel at the time.

This is US time. It's a 24 hour clock.
Just subtract 1200 from any after 1200 (i.e., 1300, 1400) and you'll get the time.
6:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
