Ok.
So, there was this girl a while back that said "I love you" via facebook.
We were good friends, and I kind of liked her.
It surprised me, I thought she was playing around.
I replied "You better :P", and I got the reply
"..."
(oh ****)
Next day, I talked to her, she said that she was joking around, even though the previous night, I had asked all of her friends if she liked me, and they just avoided the question.
Now things are awkward, and we dont really talk any more.
I want to start talking to her again at least, so what can I do next?

What are you all, 12? Dating isn't some mysterious game, and women aren't magical creatures to be put on a pedestal. They're every bit as human as you are.
Just do whatever you think she would respond to. Everyone is human, everyone is fragile. Thats why people are so afraid to share their emotions, it either hurts them or others. If the feeling is mutual, just smooth things out.
Just pretend it never happened. I know that'll be hard, but it was her fault anyway. I would never joke like that. Or if she was serious, she really shouldn't have used Facebook. Either way, you're too good for her.
You could try messaging her on fb back, saying something like "look, I'm sorry I responded with that, I was just really nervous and didn't know what to say back, I actually really like you too..."
Something like that, it will make her heart melt.
May I ask how old you are?
I don't really like fb this is one of the reasons.
Also she doesn't really love you, she's just getting confused between love and really liking a guy.
It's really annoying having friends that are girls, all of my friends that are girls ended up liking me when I only wanted them to be my friend and nothing more.
To get back into her good graces, you need to talk to her, right? Well, she seems pissed off at you, so she wont listen. So, you should find a roundabout way. You need to pretend to be someone else while making amends. Someone that she trusts. You need to kill her best friend, and turn said friend into a skin suit. That way, you can disguise yourself, and no one will be the wiser. It's a win-win, really.

yeah I have the same problem too. Most close guy friends end up really liking me a lot. It just causes problems.

You dun messed up.
If I were you, I would leave her alone, and wait until she talks to you.

Yes, and then your skin. That way, you can show her its the inside that counts.
