Texas most likely, they're rich as hell compared to the rest of the US.
Where do you get your facts? I'd say that would be California or New York would be richest, just based on living costs in the cities.
Biased opinion? Michigan, just stay out of Detroit.
I always liked southern California. It's a great place to go on vacation to; so is Hawaii. At least there's a lot to do there unlike some states.Take that New Jersey!

I would tell you about how awesome I am down here, but I have a feeling you probably already know that. <- Please. ._.
Colorado (Biased because I'm from this state lol). But I would have to saw Hawaii. Went there during Spring Break and didn't want to leave, it is such a nice state with lots to do :D.

He was probably talking about the states themselves, not the people within.
Texas has one the strongest economies of any state in the union right now while California buried so deep in debt it will never get out.
...
Just FYI, its pretty stupid to base your opinion of a state on a vacation or two.
I have to agree that Washington is a great state to live in, but I may be biased since I do live here.... But if you don't mind the rain too much it's a really nice place. Also North Carolina is quite beautiful, and California is a nice state too, at least some of it.
I've heard Arizona use to be a great place to live.
I've also been told its changed in recent years, much for the worse by people who've left the state.
I think in the coming years a lot of people across the nation will grow to hate Arizona, a lot of news channels have been demonizing us lately. But there's really nothing wrong with us.

Only stuff wrong with the people you elect to your state legislature.
Well if you don't want really hot weather, I'd say the Northern Midwest. Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota, Ohio, etc. are all good states in my opinion. Also you have plenty of larger cities to visit such as Detroit, Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul, etc.
Yeh, it is an interesting set of choices.
Respectively, he listed Anarchy, Crime, Ice Age Beer Land, and Frozen Nice People.
I suppose if I had to chose one, it would be of the latter... but that would be a forced choice.
I happen to live near Chicago, and I can tell you that the myth of Chicago gangsters have not been prevalent since Al Capone. Yet still, every time I've told someone I'm from Chicago, they assume I must be a mobster. Unless you're referring to all of the gang-related murder. Which really is only in bad areas.
Besides,
Much of the crime is sort-of legal, because it's political corruption. A Chicago saying is "vote early, vote often". Even the dead vote here, tbh.
I've decided that I will either go to Washington or New York(In both cases I mean the state.
Which one should I take
Note
I like: Rain, coldness
I dislike: Sun, heat
You're probably better off with going to Washington, although I've never been there. New York can be really annoying and it gets really hot in the summer, even hotter than here in Jersey. So if I were you, I'd go to Washington.
I'm a Washingtonian too. Yes, it's pretty nice here. But if you go to Western Washington, expect a lot of rain. I haven't been to too many of the other states for long periods of time, so I can't really compare it to them, but from what I hear, this one is pretty good.

Studies have shown that 843,902,635 people are too lazy to read this number.

It ain't called "Minnesota nice" for nothing

Just HOW many other Washingtonians are on here? I see you guys everywhere. None of us must have lives.
