Hey, I guess it's my day for a ton of posts, but i have another question. I have trouble telling my rights and lefts. I don't know why at all. I'm 15, I have no mental disabilities, And my IQ is very high. It's kinda embarrassing when I'm in drivers ed, and my teacher tells me to turn right, and i start to go left. What's the deal? P.S. No, I am not under the influence of any stimulants or alcohol.
I was told in Primary school to make an L sign with my left hand to know which way is left and right, they also told me to put both hands up. After a while you get so used to it that it becomes part of your automatic function. I use it even now.
Right, I do that too, But my logic part of my brain says: "ok, Left hand is L" But the other parts of my brain are screaming: "THEY BOTH MAKE L'S!!!"
well its common and normal at the same time... it is like mirror image scenario where your left is actually right in the image... similarly, your left in real is actually at right of other person... so its common to get confused when someone asks you to turn Left or Right
The only one i remember is right. When they tell me left i always take a second to think and I dont use the left hand, I use the ``hand that is not right´´ thats why I have to think

Anyway, the thing is I don't think you should be ashamed because I couldn't tell the difference until a later age.
