If it is raining, and I really want to do something outside, I will go do it. Now I would obviously not go out and wash my car, etc if it were raining, but there shouldn't ever be any fear of getting a little wet (:

Rain is alot more of a pain in the ass when it is cold and you are stuck there for 8.5 hours and you dont have a cup of hot cocoa to come home to...
But serial, this time of year and you are getting rain instead of snow... count your blessings...
i like the sound of rain... especially at night. makes me feel safe... and it helps me think. so while im playing MC while it's raining i get my best ideas. unfortunately here in florida it's not raining much at all. we had some rain a week ago but it was just a sprinkle. :/
It rains most of the time in Britain so everyone just carries on as normal. If I'm going out I asume it will rain so always have a rain coat, not an umbrella because when it rains its also really windy so it'd break anyway!
