Apparently, a black hole opens up a white hole somewhere in the universe which spits out matter then closes after a few seconds. One black hole can link to many white holes. Read this a while ago, so don't expect any sources.
Also, if every human on Earth were to be sucked into a black hole, about 6 of them would survive. And with time travel, every second you are in a black hole, ten years pass.
uhmm its imposible to go back in time because technically the moment already happened and cannot be changed. also if you do time travel come back in time and *****-slap me, but also if you do don't do anything otherwise you will mess up the whole space-time continuum. ex. if you go back in time and tell yourself answers to a test then you will then change your career and your grades and your classes and everything.

Remember MiniCraft? Yeah That, well these guys made it so much better... ohh just look it up your self

You've been watching too much Doctor Who, mate. Besides, i never said anything about traveling back in time.
Not possible until we get some much better physics. Why? Inside a singularity, all matter is effectively stripped of its information. There is simply no way we can yet conceive of to both ensure that something a) Enters a singularity and B ) Remains intact until its exit.

first i dont watch doctor who, second you said time travel, i only covered going back, now i will cover going forward. ehhmm: you cant go forward in time. the moment hasnt happened yet and will not happen until the moment of it happening.

I had a debate with a friend about whether hypothetical cyrogenic suspension is time travel or not. I argued it wasn't time travel any more than normal living; because your body is present in every moment from your 'departure' time to your 'arrival' time. You don't 'skip' any time at all. Just because you don't remember it, and there were no detrimental effects on your body, doesn't mean that you weren't there the whole duration.

*cracks knuckles* Lets get down to business. Shall we?
Alright, I will keep this remotely simple.
Correct, We have not found a way to go back in time or forward in time in massive jumps, but we can go in small amounts.
Normally we live second by second, but the faster you get to the speed of light, the faster in time you are moving. So, Lets say this. You build a rocketship that can travel at 99.99999999999% the speed of light. Lets say you have infinite fuel. You take off and go cruising around the universe sightseeing on a 30 year vacation. To you 30 years pass but when you come back to Earth, 300 years will have passed, because you were moving faster than the humans on Earth.
Understand? Probably not, but that's OK since you are probably a simple minded person.

What if I told you that going at sufficient sub-light speeds could cause time outside your spacecraft to pass much faster than it does within?
For example, it is currently accepted that if there were two twins, and one went into a spaceship that traveled at near light-speed to the sun and back, by the time the twin returned the twin that had remained on Earth would have aged more, as more time had passed relative to them.
Time dilation. Allowing you to "speed up" time and effectively travel forward in time.
"Against all the evil that Hell can conjure, all the wickedness that mankind can produce; We will send unto them... only you."

Black hole theory? Care to explain? Because, they are known to exist, there is evidence of their existence. I'm going off of memory, so do excuse me if I got anything wrong.
It would be utterly impossible for matter to enter a black hole and survive in any recognizable state. The sheer gravity within the event horizon is so catastrophic, you are theoretically pressed into non-existence. Think of it as being compressed not into three-dimensions, but one-dimension. Furthermore, black holes can be "spotted" through using x-ray telescopes. The reason for this is because matter falling into a black hole releases x-rays, which are able, from a distance, to escape the gravitational pull.
Now, as for time travel, I can't say much, but I do recall a theory on worm holes. Again, this is just from memory so I may have things a bit wrong. First, worm holes in themselves are theoretical. Just making that clear. But, a theory of them is that they open up at different periods of time. Let's say one end opens up on December 25th, 2011. And the other opens up at December 25th, 2012. If stabilized, the idea was that yes, you could travel through time, essentially, but only between those two points of time.

Ah, let me elaborate, maybe "Black Hole theory" wasn't the best way to say it, i meant theories revolving around Black Holes, things they might be used for in the future, and such. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Wow, your stupid.
You're talking like you're in a Sci-Fi film.

Those blue dots there? Those are black holes.
