The difficulty is that doing it perfectly doesn't allow you to fully gratify the psychological urges that drive you to do it in the first place. In order to really get off on it I'd have to leave DNA all over the place.
But simply as a puzzle, killing someone and getting away with it would be quite easy assuming everything went to plan and you weren't just randomly unlucky.
Once you start playing cat and mouse with investigators, it starts getting more difficult. When you've provided enough evidence to tease them, your success would depend partially on how competent your investigators were. If you got some of the better ones, you'd lose any safety that the planning provided.
If any senator wishes to read this, I suggest a SUSA bill. Stop United States Act. If the internet needs to babysit your lawmaking, Then there's something wrong.

Who here studies serial killers? Who is your favorite serial killer?
I <3 them all. If I had to pick one, I'd say The Unabomber(Does 3 people and 23 injuries make you a serial killer or just a terrorist?), due to my anarcho-primitivist leanings.

I think he counts. But in Germany you would go to prison for the first line of your post, or you would pay much money, and that´s right.
This question is sick. My favourite serial killers are those who go to prison before they can kill anybody.

It is my belief that even if people want to say awful crap like that they have the right to say it. Also no serial killers go to prison before killing anyone as they have not killed anyone to go to prison for at that point.
