A wild snake killed one of my rabbits...

I heard it screaming so I instinctively grabbed my sickle and ran to it, It was the same snake that killed my chickens and escaped weeks ago...

Seeing the snake killing that poor rabbit filled me with rage, I just started blindly hacking at it, Filling it with holes then finally cutting it in half...

I was too blinded with rage to notice it squirming and hissing in agony, When I was done it was still alive, So I drug the second half of it out of the cage and decapitated it.

Now that I've buried the rabbit and snake and washed the gore off of me I feel bad.

I know if I let the snake live it would kill more pets and my rabbit would go unavenged, But I don't think the snake deserved the\ violent death I gave it...

I wish I would have just killed it quickly instead of hacking at it hysterically...

The snake was a 6 ft rat snake, He was obviously fat...

Do you think I was too rough? ;-;

I don't know. I would've killed it, least it would get to my younger siblings.

Though, I don't live on a farm....

So for me, change the snake into a Murderer/thief/gangster/giant spider/ ect.

My condolences for your rabbit though..

OT: If it'd already killed some of your other pets/livestock/whatever(I don't live on a farm :dry.gif:), it deserved to die. Maybe not to be hacked apart like a piece of deli meat, but, whatever. GJ defending your family/pets/livestock/whatever.

Snake = predator

Rabbit = prey

Get over it. Mourning over a dead rabbit and keeping the memory of the slaughter in your head will not help you at all.

Ironically, you prolly' ended up hacking at the dead body of rabbits and chickens; seeing as snakes digestive system acts quite slow. So, in your blind rage of vengeance, you ended up disgracing the bodies of the very ones you were avenging. I am disappointed, son. You have brought dishonor upon your family. Cut off your ponytail.

It never ate the animals it killed, It always tried to kill things too big to eat, This fueled my rage towards him...

Well if it killed a beloved pet and chicken that you may of loved, I would slash it into millions of pieces to and considering it lives on your farm it needed to die also your rage put you in a anxious state witch made you flip **** and go ape **** on the snake, trust me if it killed my beloved pet I would make sure to give it a slow and painful death
