The thing is though, this was totally unexpected. He was only a year old, and he just suddenly... died. He was running around and playing fine last night.
Same thing with my teacher, she was only 22. Didn't cry, I was sorry for her family and sad, but I didn't cry. Death is most definitely not fun, but you know, there's always an ending to a story, whether you read a short story a series.
I pressed a quick link to this with some odd mentality that I was still in the discussion forum.
I first thought you where referring to a in game wolf. I was gonna say something smart about just tameing another but I realized it was in the off topic...
Lucky I stayed my hand.
You have my condolences, even if it means nothing coming from an online stranger. It sucks to lose a pet, whether it's expected or otherwise.

I haven't gotten on Minecraft in awhile,plus I wouldn't name a vicious Pitbull max. ;3
Since my landlord thinks we now have no more cats (He thought we only had two, Tinkerbell and Max (Known as Cheddar for safety reasons).), I think we can tell him Lily was a replacement since I was devastated. :/
He was laying in a corner all day, I went to check if he was dehydrated, he let out a piercing howl when I reached for his scruff, puked up blood, and then his heart completely shut down...
at least he died doing what he loved :laugh.gif:

I am a guy, and am in love with cats, I no longer have any pets. I had 3 kitties, they all passed away last month, I think that this year was one of the hardest I've had with my cat's... And my family.
I'm sorry to hear that man.
I've had my share of lost pets, hell, I even watched my won dog get run right over by a huge semi, I saw a wild cat literally scalp my hamster, and I've watched some animals be put down for good.
It's just life, it sucks, but it's what it is. :sad.gif:

I love Blizzard, but god help me, WoW is a giant money engine that uses human souls as fuel.

He just loved to go on walks. We live far away from the road, so I didn't really mind taking him along
Didja ever see Boot's baby pics? They're somewhere in the forums... I think on my post about Lily.
I can't get a pic of Tinkerbell since she's always in the 'GET THE HELL AWAY FROM ME' mood...

Belated Fix'd
OT: I wish I wasn't just now getting back into the general off-topic scene so I could possibly empathize a bit more.
I have no idea how I'll react when Belle (my cat) dies...

Nah, there were other kids there that I noticed before I knew there was a kitten down there. They took it to their house to give it milk.
