So has this show gotten good yet? A lot of my friends are into this show. I used to watch it, but I got really annoyed with the obsessive amount of fillers and pointless episodes where literally nothing happened. One day I just stopped watching it, has it gotten good yet?
No.
Stay away from the big shonen 3.

Bleach
Naruto
They are occasionally good, with bleach being the best, but there's just so much more anime that's better out there...

Or you could trash it with various pictures. It's your choice.

My thoughts exactly. Thanks for the tips.

Meh, people who love it because they're a die hard, people who hate it because it's mainstream. It's interesting to me, to say the least, but not like most authentically Japanese anime styles. I don't really watch anime that much.

It depends on your point of view.
It's not horrible, and there's still more storyline, but it is being drawn out a bit too far.
Bleach has already gone through 4(?) story arcs, and my favorite anime is discontinued.
All of the good ones ended. (Toradora!, and Clannad and Afterstory, just to name a few.)
It's just...people go and watch a few episodes of one anime and are all like; Woo hoo! i'm now japanese! yayayaaa.
Ivé got my own little system to type-base them.
Only advantage with watching mainstream is watching the sub.
You can pick up phrases with that, and the 300+hours of episodes can give you quite a bit.

Sasuke just finished his fight with Danzo. Last 4-5 episodes.
And i enjoy Naruto because i genuinely like it and don`t give a rat`s ass about whether it is mainstream or not. It is an anime to my tastes and liking, and that`s the only thing that counts for me.
I like you...
It annoys me when people hate something because it is mainstream. And anyone who says "They were good until they got popular" needs to have some sense slapped into them.
On topic, Naruto has it's moments. I really hated how Pein ended, and it kind of killed what little hope I had for it. I had only partially kept up on it, then one of my friends told me what happens between Naruto and Pein, and I promptly face/desked.

Well the show started off pretty good, until we got obnoxious amounts of filler. I even enjoyed a lot of the filler but if I wanted filler I'd watch a gag anime, I mean really, enough is enough.
And then, a few plot devices (the biggest one being the time transition) later, the story is just full of holes waiting to be filled.

Blue exorcist is good and its getting up to the Shonen 3 if it gets popular enough.
I like Bleach because it has things that I like about it. The paranormal. Plus, it has one of my favorite anime characters, Ulquiorra.
That show's grossly overrated.

(that show's a real mess right now)
High-Five for Bleach!

Bleach is more of my thing :3
I really wish they still made Bo Bo Bo
