I'm 14, she's 14. We've made a pact that she won't get laid until prom night :smile.gif:
So, aside from sex, what are some ways to spice up this relationship? We've been together for nearly half a year, and it has been simply amazing. We have amazing communication. We discuss a lot of things most other couples our age don't.
However, lately, the initial excitement and lust that the beginning of a relationship has, isn't quite there anymore. We've talked about this, and we understand that love and relationships aren't all about excitement, and it's time to think about being a couple, as well as our future together.
Despite this, I want to do something special, just for us. I've been thinking, here are some of my ideas:
-Going to where we had our first kiss
-Share with her a song I wrote about us (guitar ~11 years, singer for 3)
-Camping (Have the OK from both of our families, but in the adjacent campsite, one of our parents has to be there)
-Picnic
What do you guys recommend? I really want to make her happy, and reintroduce excitement into our relationship :smile.gif:

I was gonna make an intelligent comment, then Shoniku just nailed everything I was hoping to say. Oh well thanks for your expertise
I'm 14. I will not, under any set of circumstances, let this hinder me in any way, shape, or form.
Your problem is that you're 14. You consider you and her to be "couples" and I think you're going too far too soon. You shouldn't consider marriage at such a young age. Lust goes away, and that shouldn't be the thing keeping your relationship alive.
It is a harsh truth, but your relationship is not likely to survive the way it is.

Aye, the truth hurts. You are both in...what? 8th grade? 9th? Middle/High school relationships usually don't last. And after a year and a half, that isn't much time when it comes to relationships.
Trust me, OP, at your age, your hormones are the ones telling you to do this.
If you want my advice, do NOT have sex until you are married, and until you both are ready to support a child. Don't go all "BUT WE'LL USE A CONDOM" on me. Condoms are only about 95-97% effective, IF used as intended.

But they're 14!
But seriously, that's a good thing to avoid.
Personally I'd recommend the picnic to the place where you first kissed, if that's feasible.

This, seriously, you are both going to regret it in the long run. Don't do it.
(Alright, that was absolutely terrible.)
I don't know, maybe go hiking or something? I'm terrible at relationship advice.

Other than that, what you said sounds fine. Surprise her, get her a random gift every now and then.

Trust me, girls love that ;D
Oh god. I don't want to think about that...
If they're having sex already, they may as well just end it now. At 14, they have next to no hope for them.

Not yet I guess.
But please don't.

Even if they were, he probably wouldn't say anything about it, considering it's not legal at their age.
Wait, actually, I'm not sure.
This sounds like a question from a single mother with a date...

I said we don't want sex. I don't want it, she doesn't want it, bam
I just want to make things exciting again, that's all.
