Am I the only one who sees the big coincidence here? Obama's being questioned left, right and center, then *poof* "We got Osama!".
Yeah, there's nothing suspicious about that...but hey, I'll go along with it.
Oh but wait, they "buried him at sea". But we wanted proof! Where's the proof? Oh, it's at sea now. I don't believe it anymore.
Yeah, once again America screws up big time. Obama isn't really American and Osama isn't really dead.
God bless Canada.
EDIT: While I'm here, I've got a question for the Americans. How did "your" oil get under their sand?
Agreed. Obama gets questioned about his birth certificate (because Donald Trump is very nosy), and whammo, you've caught the Hide and Seek champion. Sorry, Barack. We're not that stupid.
The nuclear thing is just a hoax. If they had that kind of nuclear firepower in Europe under their control, they would have set it off long ago instead of waiting for a worst-case scenario. After all, if it's in Europe it's in enemy's territory, and the longer it sits there the better the chances of it being found. Where would they have even gotten a nuclear warhead anyhow? They didn't make it themselves, that's for sure.
but not doing anything in response would be letting them win
there are no winners in war.
America hasn't won anything, unless you get prizes for killing hundreds of thousands of civilians and losing thousands of your own soldiers.
So I suppose we aren't allowed to rejoice in the fall of the Third Reich, then? Looked like a victory to me. Then again, it seems like so many people would prefer slavery to death. Should probably go tell your local Veteran Society that you think that what what they did was for nothing. Me, I'll celebrate the fact that people are willing to give their lives and even take lives for Freedom. I am quite willing to kill and die for freedom, it is a sad and pathetic excuse for a human being that isn't.
I don't understand how you've gone from there are no winners in war to me denying that fighting for freedom is good.
The wars in Afghanistan and Iraq were not for American "freedom" and they certainly aren't something you should be celebrating. Yes there are people (soldiers) willing to sacrifice their lives in the name of their country and I respect them all, whether they're American, British, Iraqi or Afghani, they deserve respect, but that does not make war right.
If anyone is fighting for freedom it was Al-Qaeda, America is not occupied by a foreign army but their country is...
Oh, and about the DNA test thing. DNA tests take around 2 months.
America somehow magically got one done in 2 hours.
I call bullsh*t.
That's not true, DNA tests can be done very quickly assuming you have a match that you're comparing to. The reason consumer DNA tests take longer is because they aren't done individually, there are many other DNA tests being done; the US government has the ability to "skip" any sort of delays.
Oh man this thread makes me feel so much better about myself, atleast in America i don't need to put 10 forms of Americain my name and profile.
I have to say there's something wrong with alot of people here, if someone who is largely thought to be a terrorist, killing his own people and even civilians because of them being foreigners, is killed and people instantly jump to talking crap about another country, give me a break.
I will say Canada isn't some super country just because they choose to sit there and be ignored by most of the world, the U.S. and England and other large countries get alot of flak because they are just that, big, alot of different people in them.
Ohh wow, a whole 4 hours later and they have results. BULLSH*T.
Seriously, you're mistaken. A DNA test can be done in a matter of hours if you have direct access to the equipment and two samples. All they had to do was to compare 2 samples, they weren't trying to find a match, they had it. Maybe we can find a scientist on this forum to confirm :tongue.gif:
"Routinely, because of processes such as transporting samples to the lab, it takes a few days to get a result,” Mr Pugh said. “If you really push it in an urgent case, you can get a six-hour turnaround time. But this new technology will bring potentially great benefits for investigating crime.”

At least in Canada we didn't have planes flown into a major building. Yes, I went there
Canada is part of NATO, Canada is part of the coalition occupying Afganistan. So stop your liberal-wanking about Canada, you're the US's lapdog just like us Brits are.
DNA tests can take up to 30 days (my original statement of 2 months was abit off, I admit).
They can also be done as quick as 2 weeks.
And as for the person who said "they're doing it now", no they aren't. Read CNN. They said they did a DNA test shortly after he was killed or something.
BS.
You have no clue...Between low-profile searching for a match and confirming two high-profile samples as a match. I suggest you garner some intelligence on the subject before acting like you have it?
also, i feel a pang of loss for those civilians that died, but i hate to brake it to you all, but its war, **** happens
Terrorists are on war against western countries. What about 9/11? It's was war, **** happens.
No I'm not that emotionless. There died innocents even if it's war it isn't justified.
I'm not expert but I think that this an eye for an eye method doesn't work in this case because those terrorists are sure that there is 72 virgins waiting them when they die as a martyr. I just feel like there is a more peaceful way to end this war. As I said I'm not an expert so I'm not sure if there is.
About Osama.... I sure understand why people wanted him to die and I'm not saying that US did wrong when killing him. But you guys didn't win this time. I'm sure that he wanted to die as a martyr instead of being in prison. Did this end this war? No they will revenge and then the endless loop will continue.
(I'm not sympathizing Osama or terrorists. I just don't feel nice saying he deserved to die. Actually dying is a easy way around -- he didn't have time to feel sorry for the pain he has caused.)
i never said anything about being emotionless, **** DOES happen in war, and people need to realize that when civilians get killed. if they didnt want to die, they would try to move
[Updated, 7:30 a.m. ET] A U.S. government official tells CNN that DNA matching is underway on the samples from the body of Osama bin Laden. The matching has not been completed, but there are photographs of the body with a gunshot wound to the side of the head that shows an individual that is not unrecognizable as bin Laden.
[Updated 11:16 am. ET] A DNA match confirms Osama bin Laden was killed in a U.S. operation, a senior administration official told CNN Monday.
[Updated 1:39 p.m. ET] Officials compared DNA of the person killed at the Abbottobad compound with bin Laden "family DNA" to determine that the 9/11 mastermind had in fact been killed, a senior administration official said.
Ohh wow, a whole 4 hours later and they have results. BULLSH*T.
i've never trusted the US goverment.. i don't think everyone in here is! >_>
can someone post pictures? i really think we live in such a corrupt world were our government cant tell us truthfully that they shot the master-mind behind 9/11, in fact, while i want to believe 9/11 wasnt government planned, im starting to have my doubts

He got shot twice in the side of the head. A picture would make everybody go "FAKE" because his face would be unrecognizable. The picture that was dispersed around the web is a fake, but point stands. The SEALs shot him twice in the side of the head, there is no way to prove it other than scene photos and DNA tests, because a mangled head could easily be somebody else.

Even if the picture was recognizable people would still say it's fake :smile.gif:
People who trust in conspiracy theories won't ever be satisfied no matter what you put on the table.
I've saw the latest news (although I'm surprised: many of you said you don't trust the media but w/e).
Pics/Vids or it didn't happen. I think this is the most simple request we asked for.
A DNA test? F**k that, I want to see the corpse, damnit!
displaying a corpse on national television at all isnt going to happen. let alone showing off the corpse of a figurehead, which would infuriate the terrorists. probably many others too. hoping this one is sarcasm, despite that the other ones of this nature obviously werent.
hes not as potent a killer mastermind as the media likes to portray, and his death brings little more than a perverse feeling of relief from the families of the ones killed in 9/11. terrorists will likely continue, and the media will find someone else to get ratings off of.

"Obama won't release his birth certificate!" *releases one*
"It's fake!" *shows how it isn't fake*
"Well Osama should have been found and shot already!" *Osama dies*
"It's not really Osama though!" *DNA confirmation*
"I guess it's all just a huge conspiracy!"
Honestly, it's like they have parasites that feed on counter-evidence instead of nutrition. There's just never enough for satisfaction.
Also, lol at all my fellow Americans who think a picture would be more proof than DNA testing. Next do you want Ronald McDonald to come out and declare it's real?
well can they atleast confirm the dna tests? and they could just say its a match, i will never know it was truly osama until a navy seal that shot him tells me or i become the president (first one will happen sooner)
also, you guys seem to think i dont believe anything, well i do believe 9/11 was a terrorist attack, ive only had to see my father leave over seas a few times...

They could hire anyone to say they shot Osama. A picture could also very easily be doctored. We can only put faith that our (the US) government isn't just playing a make-em-up story with Al Qaeda just for kicks.
At the very least, maybe this will convince some people to say "oh the Middle East got their just desserts" and we can leave. Then again, the opposite blood-lust effect could also occur, or maybe nothing at all will result.
Agreed. Obama gets questioned about his birth certificate (because Donald Trump is very nosy), and whammo, you've caught the Hide and Seek champion. Sorry, Barack. We're not that stupid.

Like anime? Try Visual Novels.

Inb4 The states uses the NW passage by force.
Implying you have a building anyone would want to fly into~
Indeed, we're all part of the same mess.

Obama is American. Osama is dead.
@Anti-Americans
You think that ******* was our problem? Guess again.
