People can get the Commander part of it just fine, but the Wymsy part seems to stump some people.
It's pronounced just like the actual word Whimsy. Majority of people get this right, but for some reason there have been people who pronounce it "whymsee". I'd excuse them if English weren't their first language, but in all of these cases it was.
