Whenever i get on wikipedia, or anything on wikia.com, i get the urge to keep going through it :biggrin.gif: i wasted around 5-6 hours straight on wikipedia once, freaking conspiracy theorists got me there!

I am, just for fun, writing up ideas for video games that spring into my mind. Most recently I was tackled by the desire to make a psychological horror game with it's shtick being Phobias and turning them visual and audible.
Others include a class-based SP/MP postocalyptic shooter with furries, a horror-themed pac-man clone, a FPS where people make their own equipment, armor, weapons, bla bla in the likes of spore (but more sophisticated) a side scrolling jump and run RPG in the style and fanon of Krinkel's Madness series and Dungeon Keeper Dungeon to Cyber stylistic conversion.
Naturally, I am not educated in that field and my confidence is questionable too, so I don't feel well about showing that stuff to people... But I think it's kind of cool...

Almost everyone in this thread is just trying to outdo each other. Like you have a strong belief that you're so weird and alone in the world. A lot of people do weird ****. You're not unique.

Yeh, it's basically about... how can I compress the unneccessarily long story to a synopsis... A guy sitting in a 1950s panic room trying to guide children he sees on the screens through a maze-like mansion collecting "essence" of the former owner of the mansion while avoiding the malevolent ghosts of the other inhabitants... child meeting a ghost bears nasty results... and if you lose your last child the ghosts come for you.
It sounds a bit scarier in the text file... and probably would be a lot scarier if it was an actual game :I
But nothing I ever start takes shape.

It's MikeNnemonic. That dude is awesome since he was the one who got the journal of the creator of LSD Dream Emulator scanned. Also I love LSD Dream Emulator, although it's no longer weird or anything. I've gotten used to it, but that's probably because I'm mostly insane. I actually showed the game to my friend, a few weeks back and he was going like :Notch:. I was just acting so casual about the game. It was funny to watch. He told me "It's like a trainwreck, you just can't unwatch it."
Looks scary. I'll pass.
