Yah, started when turned 14yo, first year at home only bodyweight, then at 15 i got weights (dumbbell handles + barbell handle + weight discs) and a bar in my doorframe, and since 16 at the gym
It's the most important part of my life tbh since then
I am doing crossfit these days and feel dead after every single training
I know what you are talking about. Maybe you need to take a week off from lifting. Rest days are necessary. They will allow your muscles, nerves, bones, and connective tissue time to rebuild after being broken down due to your efforts at the gym. Moreover, I noticed that I don't lose enthusiasm when taking breaks. Here is a good article on the topic https://betterme.world/articles/taking-a-week-off-from-lifting/ Maybe you will find it useful.

Yah, i can support that, especially when you're starting, during the first 2-3 month depending on what you've done before it's perfectly fine if u aim for 1-2 workout days per week. Then increase intensity with time and how often you go.
But always take enough time to recover - if you feel sore - wait another day and get enough sleep (8-9h per day).
If you'll become more advanced you can workout more often per week (by also splitting muscle groups to different training days)
Also eating enough/right will be important to see progress
Welcome to my lifting thread.
Had fun doing legs today. I'm not gonna be able to walk in the morning.
yeah did three sets of light lifting

Not as much as I'd like.
Apparently this is what some of my friends think of me here:
"Always drunk." - Nights
"He's cool." - Pi
"[INSULT] [INSULT] [INSULT]." - Sparky
"He's adorable." - Leere
"¯\_(ツ)_/¯" - Digits
