I'd like to learn Java to make some custom plugins for my server. I have some experience in coding (mainly Python and various web design languages), but I am completely new to Java. Should I seek out an introductory guide that is oriented towards plugin development, or just take a regular Java course? Either way, some recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
