I like to make coffee while I'm making breakfast and then go sit down and eat my breakfast and later realize the coffee has been sitting on the counter for 2 hours.
Whether you drink tea or coffee there are a lot of myths being pushed on the internet about caffeine
while it is true that caffeine increases the rate of urination because of its diuretic affects,
this is easily compensated by the amount of water that is generally in the common tea or coffee types.
Sure, it is not wise to be drinking a lot of it during a workout at a gym or during a summer heatwave because you'd be sweating in combination with increased urination, and in that case you should be drinking pure water, and ensuring your electrolytes are balanced and what not. But the vast majority of the time coffee and tea don't cause health problems, this is a fact and health related websites do back this, thoughty2 isn't rambling about nonsense about that.
At this fast food place in spain (good chicken there but can't remember what the food place is called) there was this really good coffee with like oreos or something
even though I am 9-15 years old (not giving my real age) I drink coffee.
I drink coffee all the time, twice a day on average. Probably not the best idea, but I do not have any health problems right now, so I can't help myself.

Coffee makes me a little nauseous, but sometimes I think it's worth it for the rush and go for it anyway. Most of the time no though.
I rarely drink coffee, I just love the tea. I think the coffee is too sweet drink, not a drink for relaxing or after eating like tea.
BTW, I believe tea flavors are differ from country to country, I don't think the tea here in Saudi is the same in UK, but still better than coffee.
In the southern half of the US we drink both, but tea is more like a anytime drink as opposed to coffee being a morning drink
What is green tea?
Very rarely and only for stimulating properties. For the sake of taste and pleasure, I drink tea, coffee only when I feel sleepy and can't
