I had a friend in high school who, whenever he drove through an intersection after the light was red, would roll down the window and shout "Cruisin' USA!" at any pedestrians waiting to cross the street.
I haven't seen him since graduation.

I never tried to play music backwards while I drive, that'd be funny. When we were kids my friend Rob used to roll down the window and yell "blahbuwewagabaha!" gibberish at passers-by lol. It's funny, most people would just look startled, a few would laugh and several seemed to take it as a challenge and yell some very insulting stuff back hehe. Gotta be careful nowadays though, there are a lot of psychos walking around.

Kinda like the amount of people rolling down their windows to yell jibberish?
I've broke folks' side mirrors for cutting me off, almost running me off the road while play with their cell phone or yelling jibberish while I'm riding, so I suppose yell at your own risk.
Well, when I said scream hello, I meant in the car.
And just reading all this stuff on the things to do when your bored thingy, I just burst into laughter XD
EDIT: Screaming "HELLO!!" While the cars windows are up, Idk, I just thought of something my Grandpa did once and me and my sister burst into laughter, (And I was probably tired like I always am) its just a thought, cause I have crazy thoughts all the time
and playing music backwards makes your ears bleed...
Nah, that's just the satanic messages imprinted into the music, not the music itself.

lol yea, but I was thinking more of the road ragers that draw down on people. I've found kicking the door/fender works nicely when someone starts to change lanes into me when I'm riding.
Or, you know: you could simply fill all that empty space with creative and worthwhile thought. Find some creative venture to fill dead-space if you think you got too much.
This will cure your boredom for sure!!!
And, I made up two things to do in the car while your bored
• Play music backwards when driving backwards
• Scream, HELLO!! every time someone passes you/you pass
