I am not judging the actual games/products. I am simply judging the fandoms. The Minecraft fandom is horrific, for one, yet I play quite a bit of Minecraft. I try my best to stay neutral on topics like the products themselves.
For example, Steven Universe is certainly better in quality than some shows like Clarence that don't have large fanbases.
Frankly the original discussion of SU vs GoT was directed to the quality of the shows themselves in comparison to each other, and not the fan bases around them. Implying or segwaying into the fandoms is irrelevant to the matter at hand and is a sort of moving the goalpost. Simply, you're off target.
Per whether or not one is better than the other: trying to compare a live-action serious drama to an animated humorous show such as SU isn't a fair comparison to try and make. Cartoons alone are judged on different standards versus live-action and the argument that arises is really more along the lines of live-action vs animated shows. And not one live-action show vs one animated show.
If you wanted to start weighing anything against Game of Thrones or Steven Universe you might have to pick something from their respective mediums. House of Cards, Gotham, or even Supernatural against the weight of GoT. My Little Pony, JoJo's Bizzare Adventure, or whatever the kids are watching these days vs Steven Universe.

Game of Thrones has naked Emilia Clarke therefore it is objectively better.
Man, the way i view FNaF is weird. I know deep down that the games are maybe ok at best, and i don't enjoy them at all, but i love them so much because the (at this point muddled to hell) lore really interests me. So i don't actually like the games, but i do like the games.
It got muddled more after FNaF: SL because the creator just does not want to come out and confirm what is and what's not canon. He does that mainly because the reason FNaF has been so successful is the older people playing it for the lore, and spoiling all the lore will get him less money in the long run because solely as a horror game FNaF isn't going to make much, even with Markiplier and co. boosting it.
I wouldn't be too surprised if he had planned to never open that box in FNaF 4 in the first place.
I implied there was a drink in that bottle... but whatever.
But who drinks protein bottles? It's more like comparing a bottle of chocolate milk to a glass of wine.
yes this is all unnecessary sarcasm
The problem with FNaF is how vague everything is. Very little to nothing is set in stone - I mean, it is disagreed upon if the restaurants are real or not, and after FNaF SL revealed that FNaF 4 may not be as much of a dream as everyone thought it was, the "dream theory" had something to disprove it.
Intentionally messing up the lore is a clever marketing detail by Scott Cawthon because the lore and the theories, however wild they may be, are what keeps the game alive and selling.
A kid's drink. Let's say that.
It's because GoT is an adult show while SU is a kids show.
Oh yeah, I have another unpopular opinion. I think Superhero movies are dumb and unfun and have little to no entertainment value.
THANK YOU. All my mates are super into superheroes and I just think they're bland and samey
"Hey there's this generic evil organisation so let's pit this person/team of people with superhuman abilities as a substitute for personality against them. Oh, and let's also force a love interest into the narrative."
"THERE IS A BLUE LIGHT IN THE SKY. WE MUST BAND TOGETHER... Or something... Oh we did it again. With no consequences again."
I did like GotG though that movie was quite fun, mainly because it realises what it is and is fun with it. Not super-serious hyperbolic trash. Batmat vs Superman? Captain America: Civil War? The Avengers? I'll pass, thanks.
Yeah, Guardians of the Galaxy was an exception. There wasn't a huge focus on superpowers and they threw more comedy in than they typically do plus Chris Pratt is a babe

The only thing they ever do in these movies is throw two characters together and make them "fight" in a bland, boring and cliche way.
A Disney classic still being good today? What an unpopular opinion
Like this is the only opinion that si supposedly not unpopular on this thread. Also, apparently it's popular enough to be a classic. (It's my favorite movie but the word "classic" is one of the last words I'd expect.)
OT:
I have no real problem with Pixar's "Cars." I don't get all the hullabaloo and hissy fits about it. While "Cars 2" admittedly strayed a bit far from the pond in aspects, it was far from terrible.

I didn't hate Cars either tbh. And the sequel wasn't the worst thing I've ever seen.
And I dunno how unpopular this is, but I didn't really like Zootopia that much. The mid-movie strife seemed forced in my opinion.

Wait for time
In the break of new dawn
We will never meet
Ay, this helps.

Hello
Yeah same except Deadpool was pretty dope.

I'm just suffering from superhero burnout myself.
I'm sure these movies have their merits. But I don't care anymore.

Dunno, Watchmen was pretty dope. Oh and Mystery Men.
Also subtlety in storytelling is half lazy and leads to headcanons you see now.
IMO, Atlantis: The Lost Empire still holds up well today.
Figured it was time for a change.
You aren't wrong on that point. It seems everything about that series has at least 5 "theories" connected to it.

Zootopia is one of the best Disney movies of modern times. That movie was deep.
All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost
The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost
From the ashes a fire shall be woken, A light from the shadows shall spring
Renewed shall be the blade that was broken, The crownless again shall be king
Zootopia is one of my favorite movies, next to Wreck-It Ralph and Toy Story 3
