But at least OP will finally be able to enjoy the plot of Undertale. I'd consider that a very high payoff for such a small sacrifice So, profit = yes.
Ok OP, it's serious time now. There isn't really anything you can do aside from waiting a few years to play the game - after like 10 or 20 years your memory of it should have faded by then, but that is assuming you don't view any Undertale content that can make you remember certain details that will re-spoiler the game for you. I mean, there's a bunch of other ways to forget but most of them involve harming yourself. So don't do that, mmk?
A better solution is to get over yourself and just play the thing.
After all, it's just a game.

Well, when I first watched the playthrough, I had no idea what Undertale was, but I still wanted to watch it. When I decided that I wanted it, I was already too far into the playthrough.

I got spoiled, and i still found undertale to be a good game
stop thinking that spoilers are bad, they just give out to whats gonna happen and even then the idiots who say spoilers are bad are just wanting you to get sucked into the "Be aware of spoilers" thing
Games are better when you don't get spoiled. You can still have fun when you know what will happen, but you'll get a better experience without knowing the plot.
Eh, you gotta be spoiled to some degree to get the interest to actually play the game. Unless it's a game in a series you've played other games from and enjoyed or you're solely going off of a friend or something saying "I won't spoil anything but it's great you have to play it!!!"
I mean, I'll be honest here. I probably never would've bothered with Undertale if I didn't know about a certain thing* in the game. Knowing about that thing was what got me to buy it and experience everything else in it. Said thing is still my favorite thing from Undertale.
