Heh, I've been gone for two years or so. Small incident involving a particle accellerator and rubber bands.
But I'm back: This forum's greatest/maddest/most huggable mad scientist!
Well, briefly. I get a bit rubbery and floppy every now and then and just have to lie down for a moment.
About me:
Hello! I'm a 21 year old guy from Norway who's been playing Minecraft on and off for a few years now. I've studied political science in the past and I'm currently studying human geography in Oslo. I have no job and I live with my parents. I have a little brother who adores Minecraft and a girlfriend who despises it!
I only play Minecraft on PC, but I own a PS3 as well. Minecraft is definitely one of my favorite games of all time (and I've played quite a lot of games). I've mainly been playing alone or with friends on a server I host from home. After having lurked and sporadically posted on r/Minecraft for maybe a year now, I thought it was time to try and get in touch with other players and get a sort of community feeling. Gaming for me is usually not something very social (unless of course I'm playing with people who are in the same room as me): I don't play MMORPGs or anything of the kind, and I usually enjoy single player games with a storyline (the final fantasy games of the 90s are some of the best games ever in my eyes). HOWEVER I've been doing stunts and making videos in various GTA games (mostly Vice City), and through that I stumbled across a forum (GTAStunting.net) where I met some really cool people through the years (I started stunting in 06/07, and have been playing less and less GTA since 2011). I still frequent the forums.
So I guess what I'm saying is that I'm looking to get back that feeling I had when I was in my early days of stunting: I wanna meet new people, exchange pics of builds, play together etc. If people would give me some tips on how to integrate well into these forums I'd really appreciate it! Looking forward to my time here
I don't play since a long time , before I've played a lot of mmorp like WoW , Wartune and other ... I'm engaged and will be married next year . I'm a very great fan of japanimation ( I've watched a lot like gensomaden saiyuki , berserk , elfen lied , highschool of the dead , saint seiya , bleach ... ) . I listen to metal music , rock , grunge and other . I read a lot : philosophy , occultism ( like alchemy , religion , mythology , fantastic ... ) . I'm fan of the Final Fantasy games ( i've started playing on NES with Japan version ^^ ) . My nickname is a Mythologic name ( Sigurd Volsungar was the hero of the Nibelungen saga in the poetic Edda ) ... I draw and write a little .

Welcome to the forums! The best way to meet new people is probably by either joining a server, or, for a more personalized experience, joining a clan. I've got a clan of my own that I just started, and I'm actually looking for people to join it. If you don't want to join a clan, you can always check out the creative subforum, since a lot of people there would be willing to check out your builds.
Alright. About me:
I'm ten years old. Yep, you heard that right. At least I don't talk like I haven't learned grammar in the first grade. xD. Started playing from 1.3.1 and was hooked ever since. Can't join the 1.7 thing, with its awesome biomes because of my crap graphic card. I own an Xbox, but I play on that rarely aside from the occasional local-multi with my buddies I really hate scifi games, but anything besides that is really cool. I was in a robotics competition last year, didn't win any awards but I always look forward to robotics once I get back. And, one crucial bit of info: I'm living in the Philippines, and class starts next month. Hai!

I am testing out my new sig. Hopefully the link to my You Tube Channel works. I have a lot of videos I've done for BioShock, Minecraft, and a bunch of others. I hope you will check them out and let me know what you think.

My name is nathan. I downloaded minecraft in 1.2.5. I have ~2000 posts each on two other forums (around 4300 combined posts), so I'm not new to forums. My mc skin is a creeper with a suit and a monocle. That's it.
Hey girls and guys!
I'll be brief but clear then
Name : Petra
Username : Slaialind (means "Ice Lands" in medlain, a language I created for a novel I'm writing)
Age : 23 (soon)
Location : France
Job : Student (entering master course next year)
I'm engaged and I'll be married next year
I study history in various fields like Finland, Mesopotamia, etc.
I started playing Minecraft for four years. I started a new world lately since I got my laptop's back two weeks ago. My HDD crashed and I lost all my data, including the world I worked on for years.
I usually build a first village. Then I exploit a mine underneath and I build a nether portal. Inside the nether I build other portals to lead to new places and I start new colonies. I usually play in peaceful since I've been tired of attacks of creepers (and later the endermen) on my buildings. I quit sometimes the peaceful mode when I explore to gather some materials.
I discovered the forum when I was searching for a jungle seed. I found a great one here that afforded me to build my new world.
Some about me then : I'm a gamer and a metalhead, I claim myself to be apolitical (my law profesor called me nihilist, truth is that I don't like to start political debates, seems nonsense to me and may create more troubles) and I worship ancient Mesopotamia gods and especially Shamash (sun/justice). I enjoy heroic-fantasy novels and I've been playing electric guitar for one year. In five years I plan to move to Finland. About games I also play the elder scrolls, portal and some other. I'm also fond of birds and reptiles and I plan to get a snake as soon as I get the money. I'm afraid of spiders and heights. I drink alcohol sometimes (parties for instance, but I don't often party) and I smoke. I speak french, english, spanish, a bit of german, italian, finnish and nahuatl, and some basis in around twenty languages. I hate spelling errors too.
About my avatar, it represents Tlazolteotl, the Aztec goddess that confesses people who are about to die. I'm currently working on a huge work about the fall of Mexico-Tenochtitlan for my history of religions' teacher so I put it. About my signature, it's the seventh sentence of the Enuma Elish, the babylonian Epic of Creation and it means "When of the gods no one was created".
Well I think I'm done^^
You certainly sound like an interesting character.
Welcome.

I usually have a neutral/undecided standpoint on things. And yes, I am part Swiss.

Welcome to this forum.
You know, for a bit, cause I'm bored and why not.
I'll be a good boy this time.
